Schisandra is prized in TCM as a longevity and beauty berry. An adaptogenic herb, Schisandra is traditionally used to support your body's capacity to handle stress and sustain energy and concentration.* It is also known to support healthy liver function, which can reduce the signs of stress and inflammaging on the skin.*

A vibrant deep berry, rust-colored powder with some moisture to it. Pairs well with citrus, berries, iced teas, green smoothies, and dark chocolate. Use between 1–2 tsp daily.
